In many cases:

• The Customer is the “controller” (or business) of Customer Content, and
• Easysoft acts as a “processor” (or service provider) processing Customer Content on the Customer’s instructions.

If you are an end user accessing the Service through a Customer, direct privacy requests about Customer Content to your organization first. We may also assist the Customer as required by our contracts and applicable law.
